The first, most important step
is listening to you, the client. Our ability to successfully translate your ideas and wishes into a finished product is part of what sets us apart. |
| |
After coming to an agreement
on the initial packaging ideas, the structural design of the sample begins. Our design center staff creates a CAD generated image of the sample to be viewed for structural integrity and accuracy. Finally, a white finished sample is crated and shipped to you immediately. |

The next step for your corrugated product
is placing graphics. You can place your graphics a number of different ways. We can email you the template, send it to you on disk, or we'll post it on our FTP site for your retrieval. Whichever way you choose, our systems allow you to easily apply the exact graphics you want. Once you're satisfied with the placement of your graphics, either send us the finished film or just send the electronic file, and we'll output the film for you. We'll then mount the dylux to the sample box and send it to you with a color proof for your final approval. |
| |
Upon approval of the mocked up prototype and color proof,
we then begin the printing and mounting process. Next, precision die cutting, folding and/or any other special manufacturing processes take place. We're flexible every step of the way - which allows us to create superior packaging for you. |
| |
Every precaution is taken
to ensure your finished packages arrive at your location undamaged. And since our products ship to you flat, you save on both shipping costs and storage space. You can also be environmentally conscious and request that your product is made from recycled paper. |
