Q: What is the minimum I need to buy for a custom item?

A: We have no minimum. If you need one, we make one. Please keep in mind the price per piece      lowers substantially from 1 to 1000.
Q: What is the lead time for a custom item?

A: Depending on how complex the project is, leads times are typically 8-10 business days for basic      packaging, and 10-20 for full blown displays with pack-out and drop shipping. These times are based      on having the structure and final graphics approved.
Q: Do you have existing cutting dies that I could use for my project?

A: We have over 7000 dies on the floor of various styles and shapes. There is a good possibility that we      will have one close enough to fit your needs. Please contact your customer service or sales rep for      assistance.
Q: Can I get a sample of a stock item?

A: A sample of a stock carton is typically provided free of charge, there is a nominal fee for stock      displays.
Q: What type of materials are available?

A: There are far too many types of materials that we work with to possibly list. Please contact your      sales or customer service rep to discuss you specific needs or ideas.
Q: How does the design process work?

A: First we will need to complete a structural design based on your requirements. If your needs are      basic, the design fee is minimal. For more complex packaging, the cost of structural design could be a      little more. If you are going to print on the box, we'll provide an electronic die line of the box so you      can lay out your artwork. If you need assistance with graphic design, we can assist you for a nominal      fee.
Q: Can I alter a stock display?

A: Structurally you cannot alter the existing tooling on a stock display. We can make new headers for      the current displays and in some circumstances, we can use a stock base with a new custom tray.
Q: Do offer fulfillment and distribution services?

A: Absolutely! We provide turnkey services from design/manufacturing to assembling and drop shipping      to thousands of individually pre-assigned destinations.
